Prices range from $95.00 to $185.00 per night. Rates are subject to New York State & County taxes. Traveler's checks, personal checks, and most major credit cards accepted. Check in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m. A full formal breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m. Coffee is available in the parlor at 7:30a.m. To insure a pleasant stay, we always ask that you make us aware of any allergies or dietary restrictions. We hope that our schedule fits into your traveling plans. If it does not, please let us know so that we can make arrangements accordingly. The comfort of our guests is assured by our policy of no children under 12 years of age, no pets, and no smoking. Rosewood Inn operates under permit by the New York State Department of Health's fire and sanitation codes. If we find that you have been smoking in our home, we will be forced to charge an additional nights stay to your credit card so that we can professionally disinfect. One nights deposit is required. Because we are a small inn, and deal in numerous advanced reservations, we request early notification if your reservations are to be changed in any way. With more that 72 hours notice (two weeks on holiday or special event weekends) we will cheefully return your deposit, less $10.00 for processing the information. If your plans change less that 72 hours from arrival, we will gladly return your deposit, less $10.00, if we are able to fill the vacancy.
